We are in the same experience. All you say is same feelings of mine but the medicine i have for pain and anti inflammatory just ONLY for 3 days no antibiotics or anything.and after i week i need to go back to my work 😢 because working as domestic helper. my employer have poor mindset about rest.i hope i can. Survive the pain ., i wnat to lay down or sit or having short snap but my employer always ask me to walk walk no need to much sleeping and lay down. But sitting and having lay down gives comfort for me and i didn't feel anything pain..im very poor person today's my surgery happened last week ONLY now pushing my self to work

I was a AAA. So of course I've always wanted a BA. I just got implants, a 32 c or 32 d. I hate them. I hate having breasts. I can't stop crying. I just want them out . I've never felt less like myself. This was honestly a terrible f*in decision. Now I have to wait 6 months to a year to do so. Ughh.

I love that you call them foun-diddly-ations, lol. Also, even without the extremely dry skin, it ends up separating and looking dry. I unfortunately bought this product and am now stuck with it.

@AnwenWilliams 2:09 I believe semi-permanent hair dye on for anything longer than about 45mins-1hr does absolutely nothing for the colour actually staying in your hair longer because it doesn’t penetrate the hair, it just sits on top. Most people leave it in for hours/overnight because of the ultra conditioning formulas ☺️ But with that being said, It is really crazy that it washed out so fast! Even their Hair Tints are supposed to have long lasting colour from what it says on their website. I guess results vary from person to person? Tip: buy an extra bottle to mix it with your fav conditioner for semi-perm colours to last longer 💕

I actually looked you up, I did miss you 😢 I saw the insomnia videos and then this one and the whole career crisis and I am wondering if you are hitting perimenopause. It can happen as young as 20s so many Drs think it's nothing or it's only when older or always hot flushes. Insomnea is one of my symptoms, with weight gain. I also quit loving makeup. I think it's the low energy cause when I'm feeling good I put in extra to my appearance. If you come back I hope life is well and you've found solutions for all the things. ❤

Thanks for video.I had my inguinal hernia repair with mesh and it still hurt...cant twist my body, its hard to get up from bed...few days ago I had my period and the pain was unbearable....I wonder if having a mesh can increases the period pain? It is also little bit painful for me to pie, does anyone have similar experience? How are you doing right now, when did you start to feel 100% yourself again?

I would suggest getting tjese strips of different kinds that u put on ur face at night so tjat u dont move ur face at night and in like a month u become super aware of each muscle and start moving them less so it helps with wrinkles. Ofc u need a good skincare, using spf everyday and sunglasses etc. You can also use them before an event lets say for a week or even just a day depending on how many or if u have wrinkles at all and that day ur skin looks very plump and refreshed. I am gonna try botox in a couple of months (im 34) for the first time. I dont have any visible wrinkles but i can "feel them coming" i have stopped using my night strips and i feel ugly af compared but i cant wait to get my botox which is the same thing but 24/7 I dont mind if i caant move my face much in fact i hope my forehead ends up pretty paralyzed bc it gives me headaches from flexing it. However at ouur aage i feel that the difference between a woman with botox and without is minimal tbh, it is a good preventing measure for sure but I personally would do just one round for now since i have no wrinkles yet. The key for me is that my cicadian rythm is fucked so im always sleeping when the sun is out which means it doesnt touch my skin so when it comes to agein skin it def aages way more slowly. But i understand that i cant live without wrinkles forever, i just want this sking to last for a bit longer than it naturally would and once i do have wrinkles get botox from time to time as a way of helping my skin look younger but not to make them disappear if im 60 bc that looks crazy lol

I had really bad insomnia until I corrected my iron deficiency (without anemia). If your ferritin level is below about 50 ng/ml, there’s a good chance that it is contributing to your insomnia.
